Return and Exchange Policy - Symphoria Perfumes
We want you to love your fragrance.
Exchange: 7 days exchange available if bottle seal is NOT broken, not sprayed, and in original packaging. Customer must send unboxing video as proof.
Damaged in transit: If bottle arrives damaged/leaked, send video within 24 hours of delivery - we will replace free.
No refund for: Used bottles, broken seal, wrong choice of scent.
Process: WhatsApp us your order number + video. Once approved, send back via courier (return charges paid by customer).
Refund if eligible: Will be processed via Online bank transfer within 3-5 working days.
