If the cancellation request is approved before processing begins, the order may be cancelled without any penalty.

A cancellation request will only be considered successful after receiving confirmation from Symphoria Perfumes.
3. Orders Already Processed or Dispatched
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier service, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers may be required to follow the applicable Return & Refund Policy for eligible cases.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers placing Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are requested to order responsibly.
Repeated order refusals, cancellations after dispatch, or returned parcels due to incorrect information may result in restrictions on future COD orders and may require advance payment for subsequent purchases.
5. Cancellation by Symphoria Perfumes
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Payment verification issues.
- Delivery restrictions.
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any eligible payments received will be refunded.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable timeframe.
